YL TECHNO SDN. BHD. (Company No. 1587104-W) is a technology company registered in Terengganu, Malaysia. We develop and operate AI-powered communication platforms including Chatflow AI.

2. Data We Collect

When you contact us or use our services, we may collect: your name and email address, company name and business information, messages and inquiries submitted through our contact forms, and technical information such as IP address and browser type for security purposes.

3. How We Use Your Data

We use your data to: respond to your inquiries and provide customer support, deliver and improve our software services, send service-related communications, comply with legal obligations under Malaysian PDPA 2010, and detect and prevent fraudulent or abusive activity.

4. Data Retention

We retain your personal data only as long as necessary to fulfil the purposes for which it was collected, or as required by law. Contact inquiry data is retained for 2 years. Client business data is retained for the duration of the service agreement plus 7 years for financial records as required by Malaysian law.

5. Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal data. We may share data with trusted third-party service providers (hosting, email, payment processing) under strict confidentiality agreements. All third parties are required to maintain appropriate security standards.

6. Meta / Facebook Compliance

Our Chatflow AI platform integrates with Meta platforms (Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp). All such integrations comply with Meta Platform Policies and Developer Terms. A dedicated data deletion callback is provided for Meta compliance at: chatflowai.yltechnosdn.com/api/data-deletion/request

7. Your Rights (PDPA 2010)

We implement industry-standard security measures including SSL/TLS encryption, secure server infrastructure, and access controls to protect your data from unauthorized access, disclosure, or loss.
